General Information

Charité Campus Mitte is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. From Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), Bus 147 provides a direct connection to Charité – Campus Mitte.

After entering the campus through the Charitéplatz entrance, continue straight along Virchowweg. After passing No. 3, the CharitéCrossOver building, entrance No. 6, will be on your left.

Participants are requested to collect their name badges upon arrival at the registration counter located in the foyer of the CrossOver Research Building. Please present your registration confirmation containing the barcode when checking in.

Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badge throughout the conference. Access to scientific sessions, exhibition areas, catering services, and networking events may be restricted to badge holders.

To ensure an uninterrupted scientific programme, participants are kindly requested to silence all mobile phones and electronic devices before entering lecture halls and meeting rooms. Audio or video recording of presentations is prohibited.

The 20th TRI Conference 2026 has been officially accredited by the Ärztekammer Berlin (Berlin Medical Association) as a Continuing Medical Education (CME) event.
Participants may obtain 6 CME credits per congress day. Accreditation has been granted individually for each conference day.

To receive CME credits, participants must sign the official attendance list each day. Only documented attendance can be certified. Starting 21 September 2026, participants may request either a Certificate of Attendance or a CME Certificate by contacting the conference office by email. 

The official language of TRI 2026 is English. No simultaneous translation services will be available.

The detailed programme is available via the conference website and congress app. Scientific sessions take place in several lecture rooms across the Charité Campus Mitte.

All speakers were requested to upload their presentation until 13 September 2026. Last minute uploads or changes can be done at the Speakers' Center at least one hour prior to the corresponding session. The Speakers' Center will be located in: Seminar Room 401 (Ground Floor).

Technical staff will be available throughout the conference to assist with presentations and audiovisual requirements. Speakers are required to upload their presentations well before the start of their session. The personal upload links will remain active throughout the conference.

The following presentation lengths apply:

Chairpersons are instructed to maintain the programme schedule strictly. Speakers are kindly requested to respect the allocated presentation times.

The poster exhibition will be located in the foyer of the CrossOver Research Building. Posters will remain accessible throughout the conference and provide an important opportunity for scientific exchange.

Poster authors are requested to be present at their poster during the designated presentation periods. Poster viewing times will generally take place during the lunch breaks from: 12:30 – 14:15

There will be no formal guided poster tours. Instead, participants are encouraged to interact directly with poster presenters throughout the conference.

The Industry Exhibition will be located within the CrossOver Research Building Atrium.

Leading organisations, research institutions, and industry partners will present their latest products, technologies, and services related to hearing research, tinnitus management, diagnostics, and treatment. Participants are encouraged to visit the exhibition throughout the conference.

Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided for registered participants. Catering stations will be located in the exhibition and networking areas of the CrossOver Research Building, providing attendees with opportunities for informal discussion and networking between sessions.

Participation in TRI 2026 is at the participant's own risk. The conference organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, travel disruptions, or damage incurred during participation in conference activities or social events.

Participants are strongly advised to arrange appropriate travel, health, and cancellation insurance prior to travelling to Berlin.
